Amaretto-Almond Cake(Make Day Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Stella D'Oro almond toast
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Amaretto
    1 small pkg. vanilla (instant or cooked) pudding
    1 small pkg. chocolate pudding
    Cool Whip
    toasted almonds
Preparation
    In a spring-form pan, fit 1/2 toast into bottom of pan.
    Mix water and Amaretto and pour half over toast.
    Pour vanilla pudding, then layer toast and pour remaining water and Amaretto mixture, then pour chocolate pudding.
    Top with Cool Whip; then sprinkle toasted almonds on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Unmold and place on cake pedestal or cake plate.
