Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni fried rice
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    1/4 c. diced onions
    4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to directions. Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked rice, sprouts and onions. Prepare sauce. Drop mixture by 1/2 cup onto greased griddle. Brown on both sides and serve with sauce.
