Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg or egg substitute
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream or yogurt (more if you wish)
    3 to 4 Heath bars, crushed (refrigerate before crushing)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased pie pan.
    (Square 8-inch pan works well also.)
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool. Spread ice cream over crust.
    Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars. Freeze.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
