Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra serving size graham cracker pie crust or 2 graham cracker pie crusts
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 cans topping
Preparation
    Combine the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and salt until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven or until a knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
    Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; carefully spread over pie.
    Continue baking for 10 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Chill.
    Top with fresh, frozen or canned fruit.
    Serves 10.
