Pork Chops Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    6 large onions
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops and arrange in baking pan.
    Top each chop with an onion slice.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover tightly and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
