Sunburst Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
    1 chicken breast skinned and boned
    2 large cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 carrots
    1 green bell pepper
    4 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    3 green onions, chunked
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup for sauce.
    Cut chicken into chunks.
    In large skillet, stir fry chicken with garlic and ginger in oil for 2 minutes.
    Add pineapple, carrots, and bell pepper. Cover, steam 2 or 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in spaghetti.
