King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Durkee crunchy onions
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 chopped bell pepper
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in butter until brown.
Add soups, Ro-Tel and chicken; simmer until heated.
Grease large casserole dish and line with chips.
Pour mixture over chips.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with Durkee onions.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
