Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. bottom round
    1/2 lb. pork
    5 pieces bread
    1 good size onion, grated
    salt and pepper (I judge 1 tsp. salt per lb. meat)
    1 tsp. sugar
    nutmeg to taste
    1 egg and 1 egg yolk
    1/3 c. cream
Preparation
    Grind the bottom round and pork together twice.
    Soak the bread in milk.
    Mix all together.
    Wet hands.
    Make mixture the size of small walnut; shape into a ball.
    Fry, stirring often, or bake at 400\u00b0, draining off liquids and shaking pan every 10 minutes until well done.
    Note:
    Three pounds meat makes 48 meatballs.
    Six pounds meat makes 96 meatballs.
    Nine pounds meat makes 144 meatballs.
