Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. brown sauce
    4 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut into wedges
Preparation
    Cook on High in oil the salt, paprika and garlic clove, until garlic softens.
    Stir in brown sauce.
    Add potatoes; stir to cover all sides.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Turn and rearrange; do this twice.
    Toss out rest of oil mix.
