Shrimp Or Crayfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked fettucine
    1 pt. half and half
    2 lb. peeled shrimp or crayfish
    2 sticks butter or oleo
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
    McCormick barbecue seasoning
    1 lb. block Velveeta cheese
    1 large bag shredded Velveeta Mexican cheese
    2 toes garlic
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cook down onion, bell pepper and garlic (about 15 minutes).
    Add half and half and both kinds of cheese until completely melted.
    Add shrimp or crayfish and cook until they turn pink.
    Add cooked fettucine and mix completely.
    Pour into pan or baking dish.
    Sprinkle barbecue seasoning over entire top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
