Beef Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/3 c. dried bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    About 25 minutes before serving:
    Preheat broiler per manufacturer's directions.
    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except mustard and fillings.
    On waxed paper, pat 1/4 of meat mixture into a 6-inch circle; spread 1/2 teaspoon of mustard on half of the circle.
    Spread 1/2 tablespoon of desired filling over mustard.
    Fold plain meat side over filling, crimping edge with a fork.
    Repeat with remaining meat and filling.
    Place turnovers on rack in broiling pan; broil 8 minutes or until browned, turning once.
    Makes 4 servings.
