Breakfast Biscuits - cooking recipe

1 can refrigerated buttermilk or flaky biscuits
4 eggs, beaten
4 oz. cocktail-sized smoked sausages (about 13), cut into small pieces
2/3 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam or line with foil baking cups and spray with Pam. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each sprayed cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides. Heat large nonstick skillet; spray with Pam or use oleo. Add eggs; cook until almost set, stirring occasionally. Stir in sausage pieces. Divide egg mixture evenly into dough-lined cups. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
