Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 medium green peppers
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine and pour over meat and stir the cornstarch, sugar, ginger, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Clean, seed and cut into squares the peppers and onion.
Brown meat in hot oil.
Remove from pan.
Reduce heat; add peppers, onion, garlic and water. Cook to tender-crisp; stir in meat and reheat.
Serve over rice or noodles.
