Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2-inch cube salt pork
1 small onion
4 potatoes, cubed
2 c. water
2 c. cream-style corn
4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice and put salt pork in deep pan.
Cook slowly until fat is melted and pork bits are crisp and brown.
Add onion.
Cook slowly until light brown. Add potatoes and water.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add cream-style corn and milk.
Heat, then add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
