Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of Tabasco
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Soak bread in milk and stir to break up.
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, and put in large casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking, sprinkle with bread crumbs that have been browned in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
