Potato Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (26 oz.) pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
2/3 c. butter or margarine
2 c. pepper cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. ham, diced
4 eggs
1 pt. half and half
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation

Put thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat down on bottom and sides.
Brush with melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and add cheese and ham.
Beat half and half, eggs and seasoned salt.
Pour over cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
May substitute cheeses of your choice.
