Faye'S Lobster Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked lobster
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    onion and pickle relish to own taste
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle lobster meat with lemon juice.
    Add celery, onion and pickle relish.
    Moisten with mayonnaise.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Fold in egg slices.
    Serve over lettuce.
