Bourbon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 c. candied pineapple, cut up
    1 c. sweetened condensed milk
    powdered sugar
    1 c. candied cherries, cut up
    2 c. whole pecans
    5 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Put crushed wafers into a large bowl and add fruit and nuts. Stir the bourbon into the sweetened milk and last mix into other ingredients.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill at least 3 hours.
    Slice and serve.
