Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 1/2 oz.) broiler chicken
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine the first six ingredients.
Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Serves 4 to 6.
