Chinese Barbecue(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) jar Damson plum jelly
    1/3 c. Karo dark corn syrup
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Heat first 6 ingredients.
    Pour over ribs and marinate.
    Place on rack in foil lined pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning and basting with marinade.
