Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding mix
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. canned skim milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. unsalted peanuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, sugar, milk and margarine.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Lower heat and cook slowly for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanuts and vanilla.
    Beat until candy thickens and loses its gloss, about 4 minutes.
    Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
