Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of cayenne pepper
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except pecans.
    Form into one large or two small balls.
    Roll into finely chopped pecans.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Take out of refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
