Firehouse Scrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scrod
    1 lb. bay scallops
    3 cloves garlic
    3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop garlic; add parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil and bay scallops to a bowl and mix by hand.
    Place the scrod on a flat baking pan and cover the scrod with the bay scallops mixture.
    Add 1 teaspoon of butter on top of each piece and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0 (preheat oven).
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
