Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fruit
    brown sugar
    butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and sugar.
    Stir in milk and salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch or 12 x 12-inch pan.
    Top with any fruit.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Fruit will be on bottom and batter will make a crust.
