Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. crawfish, seasoned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 bunch green onion tops, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in oil until vegetables are limp.
    Add crawfish, soup and water; mix well.
    Add green onion tops and parsley; place in a casserole dish, topping with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
