Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. cushaw, cooked and mashed
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Combine
first
3 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into an unbaked pie
crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
