Don'T Move It Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. dry rice (not instant)
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown rice, garlic and onion in oil in skillet.
    Pour in 1 cup tomato juice and 1 cup chicken broth.
    Let cook slowly.
    (After adding liquid, don't stir anymore.)
    Let cook dry and add a little broth.
    Let cook dry again.
    Keep adding a little broth until rice is done.
    Move gently with fork to see if it is done.
    Rice is dry when served.
    Add cut up chicken or turkey and toss through rice.
