Company Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. celery (bias cut)
    3 oz. canned mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    10 oz. frozen peas, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add all ingredients except peas. Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, until celery is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add peas and heat thoroughly.
    Serves 4.
