Wilted Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch leaf lettuce, torn
    8 radishes, sliced
    6 green onions with tops, sliced
    5 strips bacon, fried crisp
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss lettuce, radishes and onions in a large bowl; set aside. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel. Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and pepper to hot drippings. Stir well and cook slightly until bubbly.
    Pour hot dressing over salad and toss gently.
    Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
