Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broccoli
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli longer than package directions for more tender broccoli, about 18 to 20 minutes; drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup and cheese with broccoli and spread in a casserole dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers on top, melt butter and spread on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crackers are browned.
