Coconut Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. old-fashioned oats
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. sunflower kernels
    1/3 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
    Combine the remaining ingredients; add to peanut butter mixture and stir to coat.
    Press into two greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Cut into bars.
