Salisbury Steak Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 c. whole potatoes, drained and sliced
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
Preparation
    In medium bowl with fork, combine bread crumbs, egg, catsup and salt until well blended.
    Mix in ground beef.
    Shape into a large patty about 1 inch thick; or several small ones.
    In large skillet, over medium-low heat, heat oil; brown beef patty on each side.
    Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix soup and wine.
    Drain excess fat from skillet.
    Add soup mixture, potatoes and frozen green beans around beef patty in skillet.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer, stirring vegetables once during cooking.
    Makes 4 servings; 415 calories per serving.
