Spicy Apple Syrup(For Pancakes And Waffles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    pinch of ginger
    1/2 c. brown sugar or less
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat apple juice, water, vanilla, spices and sugar.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch with water to make a smooth paste.
    Add to juice, stirring constantly, and continue to cook until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
