Fresh Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn (yellow sweet)
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    Cut off corn and scrape cob.
    Heat butter and oil in skillet; add
    corn, salt and pepper.
    Mix flour in water and add, then add enough water so corn can cook well before becoming too thick. Cook until corn is tender and thickened to desired consistency. One tablespoon sugar may be added, if desired.
