Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (12 oz.) can chicken (about 2 c. boneless meat)
2 cans cream of potato soup (undiluted)
1 can mixed vegetables, partly drained
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 pie crust
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into pie or quiche pan.
Top with pie crust.
Vent crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until filling bubbles and crust browns, about 35 to 40 minutes.
