Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. egg noodles
1/3 c. onion
1/3 c. bell pepper
1 large can tuna
1/4 c. cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Drain
tuna.
Saute
onion in 2 teaspoons of margarine. Add bell
pepper
and
drained\ttuna.
Mix cheese, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and remaining margarine.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
