Hamburger Hash Brown Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (any vegetables work good)
    1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    8-10 slices velveeta cheese
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Butter 9x13 pan and cover bottom with hash browns.
    Brown ground beef and onion, drain and put on top of hash browns.
    Salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle on vegetables.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with one cup milk and pour over vegetable.
    Place cheese slices on top. and cover pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Uncover and top with fried onions and heat 10 more minutes.
