Cream Chicken Over Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    toast
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone.
    In large skillet, melt butter on low heat.
    Add flour, stirring constantly until brown.
    Slowly, but continuously, add milk.
    Stir constantly until gravy begins to thicken.
    Combine chicken with gravy.
    Place 2 to 3 large spoonfuls of mixture on toast.
    Sprinkle with hard-boiled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
