Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 large chicken breasts, cooked and diced
6 oz. Greek yogurt (can use 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 heavy cream)
1 level tsp. curry powder or to taste
1 diced eating apple
3 green onions, sliced
3 chopped dates (optional)
4 oz. can pineapple, drained and cubed
2 oz. sultanas (raisins)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, leaving the addition of the chicken to the last.
Each recipe should feed 4 to 6 persons.
