Carrot Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. fresh carrots, boiled and mashed
    3 cups sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    9 ozs. liquid or melted margarine
    6 eggs
    1-1/2 cups flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth and blended.
    Pour into pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top after cooking.
