Broccoli Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped, or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 medium onion, quartered
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    8 lemon slices
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
Preparation
    Place broccoli in a large saucepan.
    Add broth, onion, butter or margarine, salt, curry powder and pepper.
    Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 8 to 12 minutes, or until just tender.
    Place half the broccoli and broth mixture at a time in blender container.
    Cover and blend.
    Repeat with remaining broccoli mixture.
    Stir in lime juice.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Top with lemon slice, spoonful of sour cream and sprinkling of chives.
