Pecan Butter Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 stick butter
    2 c. pecan halves
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Microwave sugar, syrup and butter for 3 minutes on High.
    Stir in nuts; mix well.
    Microwave on High 7 or 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Add soda; quickly stir and pour onto greased surface.
    Cool; break into pieces.
    Store in airtight container. Delicious.
