Holiday Fruit Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to margarine and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
    Add flour and vanilla and mix well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    With a knife, mark 20 squares and place one tablespoon of filling in each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until squares spring back when touched.
    While warm, sift powdered sugar over and cool. Cut into squares.
