Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large mushrooms (about 16)
1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. fresh white bread crumbs (about 1 slice)
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Trim tough ends off mushroom stems; remove and mince remaining stems.
Reserve mushroom caps.
In medium bowl, combine minced stems, Ricotta cheese and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
Spoon mixture into caps.
