Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in a little water
    3 tsp. water
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate.
    Roll out thin.
    Cut with cookie cutters.
    Brush with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
