Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. rosemary
3 Tbsp. garlic (in oil in jar)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. picapepper
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
Preparation

Mix with whisk.
Marinate at least 24 hours.
Cook on low (gas grill) 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
Baste occasionally.
