Beef-Em-Up-Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls canned biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    salt to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add salt and barbecue sauce. Simmer gently about 15 minutes.
    Grease 20 muffin cups and place 1 biscuit in each cup, shaping the biscuit with fingers to fit muffin cup.
    Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cup and fill 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
