Nana'S Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. very fine sugar
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Gradually add flour, then roll it into a log using wax paper.
    Cut into small rounds and refrigerate about 1 hour.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until edges are brown.
