Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add ingredients, except vanilla, in a glass bowl. Mix well. Cook on High in the microwave for 5 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and put on your favorite cake.
