Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl add dry ingredients.
    Mix together completely.
    Add carrots and nuts. Mix.
    Grease lightly a Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
